GRACE+EMMA Retail Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before items will ship when placed using the standard shipping option. For expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. 

Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse. Shipping is the charge for graceandemma.com internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation and vary with specific requests. Shipments may ship in multiple packages. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.  Shipments may ship separately.  

Second-day and Next-day Shipping are NOT available to post office boxes—all standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

We do offer Free Shipping on orders that are over $100 within the continental United States (excluding APO address, shoes, mystery bags, and some monogram items).

* Shipping charges and times may vary by-merchandise. Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $6.95. Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska is $8.95. Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order. All other countries will ship via UPS and will vary in rates. Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse.  

** Orders placed after noon (C.T.) Friday will be processed Monday. Shipping charges and times may vary by-merchandise. A signature may be required, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required. This service is not available for some zip codes.

*** Available Monday through Friday only for select zip codes and eligible in-stock merchandise. Our UPS contract does not include Saturday delivery Holidays are excluded. If there is an unexpected delay, we will make every effort to deliver the order the next business day. A signature and phone number are required. Not available for P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

US Postal Service Guarantees

If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

• We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for UPS guarantees.  If the item is not delivered in time, please contact UPS (1-888-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

• It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us here as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.

• If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

• All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

At Grace + Emma, we want you to love your looks! In the event that you’re not happy with a purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for refunds, or up to 30 days for store credit. See our policies below for details and procedures.

If an item arrives damaged or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact customer service within 3 days of receipt so we can make it right.

What qualifies for return?

Items not marked final sale or ineligible below, postmarked within 10 calendar days of delivery date.

What qualifies for store credit or exchange?

Items not marked final sale or ineligible below, returned within 30 calendar days of delivery date. Items purchased with store credit/exchange are eligible for store credit only.

Final Sale Items

• Clearance and any items marked Final Sale cannot be returned

• Items marked as donations for charities or profit-share events

• Items discounted over 25%, Flash Sales and Doorbusters are all Final Sale

• Personal items such as swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, face masks and hosiery cannot be returned

• Accessories including jewelry, hats, hair accessories, and similar cannot be returned

Items Ineligible for Return/Exchange

• Final Sale items

• Holiday items that are within two weeks of the holiday or after the holiday cannot be returned. Example: Valentine's tees cannot be returned on or after February 1st.
  

• Items past 30 day window

• Items without original tags attached

• Items showing signs of wear (pet hair, deodorant, makeup, smoke, scents, alterations etc) cannot be returned

• Shipping and handling fees

• Route & Re:do fees

Return Process

Eligible items may be returned following the steps below. 

1. Start your return by contacting us at support@graceandemma.com with your order number, the items you’d like to return, and preferred refund method. If you have a damaged item, please include pictures to expedite the process. 

2. After you get return authorization from us, you may ship your return back to us via the provided address.

3. Make sure to include your order number inside your return package!

Some requests may need to be reviewed by our team, so please allow up to two business days for return requests to be processed. 

You will be responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refunds and store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.

Processing Times

Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. We will contact you via email when your return has been processed.

Unclaimed Packages  / Unapproved Returns

If items are returned without authorization, or do not comply with our Return Policy, we will offer to return the package to you for a label fee. If packages are unclaimed after 30 days, we will dispose of or donate the unclaimed items at our discretion.
